The ONLY thing the website answers is what movies and what times they are playing. The best option would be to have a press one for movies and showtimes and have it recorded and a press two to speak to a live person regarding ANYTHING other than showtimes. Very frustrating To find out that my phone call is not being answered just because they don’t want to or that I’m not important enough.
Well, when you want to call about a lost item, it'd be great if they answered the phone.
I used to work at an AMC, I understand it's annoying when you have a certain question you want to ask and they won't answer. But in reality everything can be found online these days, especially what movies are playing and their respective showtime. Plus the workers are focusing on the guest there now and not worried about answering the phone because most times its about a movie time or what's playing, which can easily be found online or in the AMC app. Always use there direct website and app for accurate show times. They are updated when changes are made by the theatre more consistently then third party sites or apps. Again, I understand your frustration, but in reality times are changing and phone line's are becoming a thing of the past.
Hell yes it would
If we're not answering the one it's because we're helping people that are trying to buy tickets. We don't schedule people just to answer the phone. It'd be nice but we don't.
My two sons work at a movie theater they don't answer the phone much either. They're told not to worry about it that most answers to their questions will be answered on websites
