Room (109) was great - clean - comfy beds. Check in was easy and man at desk was very friendly. Close to attractions and there is always uber if you don't want to walk. We'll be back.

Crabby front desk guy, you will sweat all night because sheet is right on top of plastic bed bug mattress protector, owner asked us to hide the tip under the coffee pot so she could get it not the staff that cleans the rooms. Sheets are like sand paper and two towels had blood stains.

Best option for easy access to the old town area at a reasonable price. We enjoyed walking across the bridge into town every morning and avoided parking headaches and cost. Very near several dining choices and excellent brew pub. Appreciated the non-slip tub surface and normal height toilet (we find many in motels are low and are difficult for aging knees). No complaints about the accommodations and the family running the inn was friendly. Would certainly stay again. Only four stars because it’s a no frills place

Room was very clean and comfortable and included a coffee maker, fridge and microwave. Front desk attendant was very nice. The location was great. You take a nice 15 minute walk over the beautiful harbor into downtown. The price was great, would stay again.
