Did not get a machine repaired with them ( I guess Jura doesn’t allow anyone else but them to repair their machines) but they were the only company that immediately took my call and took the time to answer my questions even though they knew I couldn’t get my machine repaired by them. Great customer service.

Great espresso repair store. Very friendly courteous staff and owner. We have used them for 25 years.

I called to ask if they worked on the make of home espresso machine that I have needing repair and unfortunately, they did not. However, he did give me some tips to try and … it works!! Thank you SO MUCH for the friendly, helpful information - daughters and I appreciate you!

I guess my experience in August 2017 was unusual but not unheard of, based on other reviews. Dropped my Expobar off for some cleaning, replacements, and a general once-over since it was used when I got it a few years earlier. Picked it up and it seemed dirtier and very obviously requested things hadn’t been replaced. The technician I spoke with blew off my questions about this, seemed unprepared to discuss my machine even though I’d confirmed I was coming to get the machine, and seemed to know little about the machine, what had been done to it for two weeks or who had done (or not done) it. I see others with machines new to them got good service with demonstrations and explanations. I do also see a lot of them are men? I can’t know if that’s the issue, but they did offer to carry my machine to my car (no thanks) after saying it’s a great machine over and over. It worked no better after I brought it home. It’s an older machine, built in 2003. I expect it to need work. That’s reasonable. I just don’t expect to get charged $150 for what seemed to be nothing (based on appearance and discussion). The machine now needs obvious maintenance and I’m looking for another shop.

What are the Covid safety practices like here?

Hello During this time, we are open 10-2 m-f for dropoff and pickup. and coffee and machine sales. We do not sell beverages. Masks are required for entry and our shop is small so we don't have more than 6 folks in the shop at one time. Safety for staff and customer is the most important order of business. I hope this is helpful information. Thank you for asking.

Do you repair a Quisinart that won't start?

If it makes coffee or espresso, they can fix it.
