Hello James here, I have to tell you that Daniels selection is FANTASTIC!! I regret having to shop anywhere else if he doesn’t happen to have the exact item after because his customer service is sensational and the care that goes into the shipping and how fast it gets to me is light years above any other store I shop at. THANK YOU DANIEL AND YOUR STAFF! Other stores charge me for my shipping and it takes three times as long to arrive. The website is absolutely top notch with plenty of pictures and even videos of most items. Other companies should take note on how to operate a business online, over the phone and how to follow through with a purchase until it’s complete. In unison with the customer every step of the way, showing respect for the customer and the merchandise all the way through the shipping and providing prompt tracking numbers and even faster delivery. BG is second to NONE!!! Always my first stop!!

We know quite a bit about sharpening stones as well as many other methods of sharpening. We import a wide range of both manmade and natural stones which are available both on our sites and in our retail gallery.
No we don't carry cold steel knives. We have many other knives we can recommend that we do stock at the shop.
We don't currently make custom knives for customer orders, though many of the makers that we work with do. We've help many folks find a maker that is a good match for their project.
A 60 day and 90 day layaway are available upon request.
Thank you for your question. Butterfly and other gravity open knives are illegal to own or carry in WA state unless you are law enforcement or military. We can special order butterfly knives for you if you are in one of those exempted categories.
