Super cute shop, kind of a hidden. Hubby had my cousin Vinnie, was overall good but the sandwich was a bit dry and bread was a little more dense than he’d like. I had the Coachella which was yummy and bread was good. There was some type of bruschetta or pico on there. Kinda weird but I probably wouldn’t order it again. I believe they make their own bread. One thing I did appreciate about this place is the menu is pretty small. Which insures me that everything is very fresh.

Questions & Answers

Does Aspen Mills make gluten and dairy free bread?

Yes. They make 2 different kinds. Multigrain and sourdough. It’s only baked once a week on Wednesday’s or they have it available frozen.

Why don't you update your web site and let us know what is happening about reopening your La Quinta locations. At least put a message on the website - even if you don't know a date yet. I miss you!

Hi Evelyn: Thanks for reaching out. To be honest, we just never thought it would take this long and keep thinking our reopening date is just around the corner. We're also a bit technically challenged. We'll make sure to blast out across every possible online channel as soon as we know when we're opening. We miss you too!

When is the La Quinta store reopening?

So sorry for the delayed response Mr. Hillway. We’ve been trying to figure out opening dates and unfortunately still don’t know. Our main oven which supplies all our product is down and needs to be replaced. The process for replacing it along with other restoration projects is looking like two to three months. We’ll try and post more updates as they unfold, including when we can get you some gluten-free bread.
