Amazing and Friendly Service! Called on a Friday since I was running low on oil but should have been fine for a week, as I had just passed 1/4 of a tank. I called Hometown Fuel to schedule a fill since we were heading into a really cold weekend. I woke up in the middle of the night the same day I called them to find out that my tank gauge was off/broken and what we thought was just under 1/4 of a tank had left us empty. I ran out and got some diesel to get me thru the night and called back the next morning to see if I they could help me that day. Within an hour of my call Rich was here to fill my tank. Rich and Cindy where extremely helpful and attentive! I should also note that i had never been a customer before and still was treated as if we had been with them for years.

Fast, Friendly and Great Prices. The indoor temperature was just above 50 degrees at 11 am this morning when I realized that the oil tanks in our new home were completely empty. I called up Hometown Oil - and they had my tanks filled and the heat running within 2 hours of my phone call. Cindy and Rich are both extremely helpful and friendly - and there prices were super-competitive. Highly recommended.

Ran out of oil on a very cold day. I was not a current customer of Hometown’s but called them anyway and asked if they could make an emergency, same day delivery. A few hours later, Rick, the owner showed up, filled the tank, and even bled the lines so my heat would kick on. I am so appreciative of this fantastic customer service. I will now be calling Hometown for all my oil deliveries!

Yesterday 6/15 we ran out of fuel oil so we had no hot water. My husband called Hometown Fuel, whom we have been doing business with for several years. He spoke with Cindy and she assured him that Rich would deliver the oil within a few hours. Rich arrived here just as Cindy had told my husband. Rich even re-started the furnace for us. If you are looking for a reliable fuel oil company try Hometown Fuel. They are a friendly family owned business and will serve you well. Thank you Cindy and Rich.
