This is the coolest people ever I deliver a load for them, first I slept in front of the building. The guy who woke me up in the morning used to be a truck driver. Mind you he woke me up and gave me a cup of coffee, Gatorade zero sugar and a croissant 🥐. Communication skills omg. This people are awesome. Keep up that energy

We bought a Vermont castings Defiant stove. We love it! It is the biggest one that they make and it hates our entire house which is about 1800 square feet. I mean it heats it to like 80°, when it's 15° outside. We use it for our primary source of heat, but there is a problem with the catalytic converter. The stone in the front of the converter kept falling off and eventually warped and we had to bring it back and get it replaced. Bob was awesome! Some of the best customer service I have ever received for anything. He had me on my way out the store after calling the company within half an hour with another stone for my catalytic converter. That's what I call excellent service!
