I rented one of the rooms for my daughter's 1st birthday. My family thought the place was spacious and clean. Genevieve was very pleasant and patient as I was a bit Indecisive and she was great. Kenny was also super helpful before the event showing us around and was attentive to our needs. Matt, the director, was also great to deal with and even came to say hello during our party. Thanks again! Can't wait until our next event!

My kids enjoy it here but as their guardian it’s very uncomfortable coming here and I can’t wait to leave. No one wears masks, even people that aren’t swimming. The pool area feels like 90 degrees with the heat blasting, in addition to the water and humidity I cannot imagine all the germs in here during a pandemic with people unmasked and it being the perfect setting for germs to spread wild, and not to mention the high heat and humidity being super uncomfortable for us adults. Also the locker room always has soaking wet floors, the drains do absolutely nothing to drain the water so just imagine a wet floor in 90 degree temperature it’s gross I try to avoid stepping in the water but it’s impossible, the entire locker room even away from the showers is always slopping wet. I have mentioned to an employee how hot it is that I feel sick, and she said “you picked a bad day to wear a sweater” meanwhile it was 15 degrees outside I felt that was a very rude reply and inconsiderate of the people that pay for memberships here.
