I had a dispute with a neighbors' contractors who were trespassing on my property touching my personal property. Called police and was told there was nothing they could do and to resolve it myself by calling the business owner. I was very disappointed that there was nothing that the police could do.

tonight a bunch of people on underhill rd were setting off excessive fireworks above my friend's house - my friend has PTSD and the fireworks sound like gunshots. his parents called the Newtown Police (as did i) and we were told that there is nothing the police can do since they didn't find anything incriminating. i tried explaining that due to the nature of his PTSD, the sounds are extremely triggering - i was told with a very snarky attitude that he would have to call an ambulance if he wanted to be treated for PTSD symptoms. you people are awful and heartless; the kids you failed to protect are all grown up now and you still refuse to protect them.
