I stayed here as part of a tour group. This isn't a luxury hotel, but it is clean, nice and very comfortable. The river running in back of the building is a wonderful bonus. I don't know the manager's name unfortunately, but I have to commend her for helping our group get settled since our tour guide had been detained at the Canadian border. She also was calm and comforting when the power went out right at dinnertime. The whole staff there was wonderful. My stay there was a very good experience and I would recommend it.

The best fries I've ever had outside of fast food. They were the same shape and size as McDonald's fries and had the perfect crispiness. Everything on the menu was amazing especially the huckleberry lemonade. Our server was so sweet and we all enjoyed talking to her for a moment. (Her name was Madison I don't know if this can get her a raise but I think it's worth mentioning if it can) I might just be so happy with this because the last restaurant we tried had terrible customer service and we left because they were so rude. In comparison to that, this place was perfect in every way but even if it wasn't being compared it would still be amazing. When we were paying, another worker came up and asked us how it was because she had heard about our experience at the last restaurant and wanted to make sure we were satisfied. (My aunt had mentioned it to someone when she scouted out this restaurant after we left the other restaurant.) It was so sweet and it seems that the workers here genuinely care about their customers which was very heartwarming and made us all feel very welcome here. The gift shop had all the usual stuff but the earrings were all absolutely gorgeous and I was lucky I didn't have my card with me or I would have bought all of them. I absolutely recommend this place and I wish I could rate it higher.

We stayed 2 nights here, one in the motel and one on the third floor of the main lodge. The motel room was basic, but nice. The third floor room was incredible! Beautiful views of the mountains, and a rushing stream outside for some white noise at night. The food and cocktails were surprisingly good as well! The Bearjam in particular was great!

We did not stay at the hotel but checked out the gift store and coffee bar in our visit. The gift store has a big selection of shirts and other Glacier Park related souvenirs. As the east side of the park is the least visited, their selection was well stocked, and a good stop if you're not planning on going to the west side. The coffee stop they have inside has a simple selection of coffees but enough for your caffeine fix. The huckleberry mocha is a good choice if they have it. We also ended up stopping at the restaurant for dinner after staying late on the St Mary side of Glacier on another day. The food was good and priced for the area which is on the high side. But the location, good food quality and good service was acceptable for the price.

No. We are pleased to offer our guests a 100% non-smoking environment.
It's at the edge of the St. Mary entrance to Glacier National Park
No, a parks pass is required for all adult visitors to Glacier National Park for the duration of their stay to support visitor services and facilities. Permits can be purchased online or in person.
No bike rentals, unfortunately. I do not know of any other close by rentals other than the West side...
