After 3 days of it showing out for delivery, then at 330 is every afternoon it was changed to delivery delayed because of emergency (this rural area has had minimal rain, and no other emergency or weather events) I was forced to retrieve it myself from the distribution center which included sitting in a hot car in high humidity weather for over 2 hours waiting on the driver to return at the end of his work day. If I had not had waited They, they couldn't guarantee it wouldn't get put back on a truck the next day for another repeat of Out for delivery then delivery delayed due to emergency. They are rude, uncaring, and haven't a care for how much they inconvenience their customer. This was the 3rd order in a row where I have had to come retrieve it. The UPS drivers are afraid of the gravel roads but hey that's like 80% of us that live on gravel roads here in Southern Missouri! I try NOT to shop where they use UPS to deliver because I am tired of being treated like an inconvenience. I sent a video of gravel road to corporate who states they will tell Willow Springs facility the road is okay for travel.

Have had a package at their location shows out for delivery but then later it says arrived at location, this has been going on for about 4 or 5 days now, sounds like extremely lazy delivery driver don't want to do his job. Would like to give less than 1 star but that's not a option

Call the store the longest it would take is a month and that's if they withheld there pay for so long like some places do.
It depends. How big? How much does it weigh? Etc. I think you would be better off going with USPS. Give UPS a call.
Peak season will be calling for more help soon, next week is when it starts. I would be ready!
