Started out with a horrible experience with delayed order, tracking service and automated service and then a breakthrough! Wonderful driver stopped and helped me get ahold of "Sandy" in vinita. She located our envelope that had literally slipped through a crack. i know automation saves Time but it was 2 UPS employees that saved the day! Thank you.

If it is a UPS shipping label and you just need to drop it off, yes absolutely.
Has to be scheduled, unless you know the driver ;) Call the center and they will help you. There are drop boxes around the area that might be convenient for you too.
You will need to call Monday morning and ask. They will ask for your tracking number.
