I'm currently sitting at the restaurant waiting for my order. I have already been here 15 minutes and still have several people ahead of me also waiting. There's is also a long line of people for the drive thru. The staff here is very reluctant to actually MOVE their bodies. Only one person is making the orders (very slowly) while 2or3 employees are standing there doing nothing but waiting. They do not get back there and help (even the manger isn't helping!). I've never seen a restaurant with so many people on both sides of the counter WAITING!

How hard is it to get a drink order correct??? Obviously extremely hard! This is the 3rd time in as many weeks that we get home and drinks are wrong. Seems like as soon as I stop tasting everyone's drinks they start messing them up again...ugh!!

Went through the drive thru and picked up my order when I got home and tasted the fries they tasted like chicken. The chicken had a taste unlike what I get from KFC. All were over cooked and tough. It had no KFC chicken taste.

We had a long wait in the drive-thru due to the lobby being closed because of staffing issues but the lady working the window was super nice and the food was delicious.
