While at a nephews funeral service in Southport, my brother gave me a family heirloom, the US flag from our eldest brothers military funeral. The flag had been preserved in a heavy wooden frame with glass. I took it to the UPS store and the woman behind the counter assured me that they would take great care in shipping it to my home in Colorado. Both of the women who helped me, (the clerk who took the order and the woman who packed it) were very courteous and put my mind at ease that the flag would arrive to my home the following week as agreed and without a scratch. When I received the package, it was so well wrapped, that you could tell that they do indeed care about the job they're doing.

Horrible attitude by employees. Latest was the employee snatched the paper out of my hand, rolled her eyes and had an attitude about the whole process. At the end I finally just said forget it. With that type of attitude why would I trust you with my packages?Mr. Moody. I apologize for the poor customer service you received while at our store. I am the manager and do not want any of my customers to leave my store having a bad experience. My attitude is to always put the customers first. I would hope you would give us another chance to gain your trust/business. Please ask for me personally the next time you are in our store.
