I would never rent from this agent in Southport or Long Beach road ever again they stood me up with a car was supposed to be ready at 12:00 and they do not have a car until 3:00 supposedly after promise the car would not even rate this one star and make sure all your rental needs are covered by different company

The blonde agent that works at this Enterprise location is horrendous. We have a broken rental car, and was told to drive 50 minutes to the Soutport location to exchange vehicles. She was extremely rude when telling us she sees no exchange and she has no cars. She then pulls TWO cars from around back, and proceeds to tell us that she still can't give us one due to her "system", after stomping around in a mood for 15 minutes. After calling Enteprise road side assistance/car issue line for the 3rd time, they said they would work with the branch, but she drove around from the back of the building promptly at 12 o'clock leaving us here alone with no new car and with only a broken car to drive. This branch should work with their agents on professionalism and give them more work ethic training, of that even exists.

Sometimes. More than likely they will try and work with you for keeping the same car if that's what you want. It depends upon the terms of your original contract and ability to extend it versus creating a new rental reservation and what is their availability of cars. I find it's best to call and speak with the agent or manager about anything you anticipate happening so they can do their best to work with you and get you what you want if possible!
