I had to hunt for someone to help me, and one gentleman actually went out of his way to assist me, but the person who actually worked in that department, didn't pay attention, even when the gentleman from a different department asked him about the products I was looking for! Nobody could tell me, if 5hr products that they were selling(for dryer ducts) were even up to A2 City code!
