I love Lakestone Apartments! Why? Because of the amazing and professional staff. The ladies in the office are kind, helpful, understanding and patient. And they have have went the extra mile for me more than once, always with a smile. The guys that do all the repairs, upkeep and more. They both are just as kind and patient. And they have great skills in their craft. Thanks everyone for making my stay at Lakestone pleasant!

My spouse and I pay roughly $1300/month for our two bedroom apartment. We don't make a lot of money but we always pay rent on time. Last night, myself and the other 140 tenants received a letter to notify us that at the beginning of next month, our rent is increasing to $1500. I told management that we don't have more money and was told that the new amount needs to be paid no later than July 5th. KMG Prestige owns Lakestone and they made $170 million in 2021. I will be losing my home along with so many families that live here because we cant afford this new price. KMG doesn't care about me or the tenants here, many of them children. Rent somewhere else because this property management company does NOT care about the community. We don't deserve a place to live because we dont have extra money. I dont know how Sabra and the office staff sleep at night. Shame on you
