It was a good place until it came under new ownership a few months back. They raised the rent and now it’s like every other overpriced, low-quality apartment complex. Can’t wait to get out of here.

Do not move here. Raising the rent a ridiculous amount (upwards of 50% with no legal notice.) For the prices they are charging “under new management” you can get any nearby apartment with better amenities (in unit laundry, better maintenance, etc.) A year ago I would have recommended this place wholeheartedly, but with the change in ownership I can’t recommend paying $1300 for rats, rough carpet, bad parking lot and no in unit laundry. This isn’t even mentioning the pool that they were so “excited to open” despite the fact that it has remained closed with murky looking water the entire year we have been “living” here.

I didn't end up renting from South Grove, but all of my interactions with the staff were excellent. I spoke with Andrew multiple times, and he was extremely helpful and friendly.
