10.25.22 Another successful visit, quick analysis, solution and turnaround of my car. Patti was fantastic at getting me rides home and back, attending ot the warranty issue--repair was fully warranted--and getting my car back to me in 4 hours. 6.20.22 Very complex set of problems but Chris Graham and Andrew Allen at Suburban handled them at an A+ level. There is a recall on 2017 plus Pacifica vehicles for steering power loss that can cause accidents. Please include the year of your vehicle to get more accurate response. You must call dealer to set up appointment asap if your vehicle is 2027 or newer. Sometimes dealers are booked couple weeks in advance, so do not postpone calling to get serviced immediately for your safety.

This would probably be a better question to ask the actual dealership than this google business page. I would suggest calling the number and asking, as i am unsure how often leadership checks this page, and it is not an employment page.
