I cannot speak to any of the negative reviews on here, but I can say that from my personal experience with Robert Half, I could not be happier. Krysta and Kyle has been great. Very positive. Very responsive. Constantly calling to keep up with how things are going and asking for feedback. Everything moved very quickly and smoothly. I was hired by a company within 1 week of their first contact and was paid promptly for my work.

I don;t know how this place stays in business. They are rude to you when you call them. They lost my resume after I took it to them. They never return phone calls. Don't even waste your time with this place. They are THE most unprofessional organization I have ever dealt with. My suggestion to this company is to try to hire people who will be nice to applicants who come in seeking help finding work. People like myself spent a lot of money, time, and effort earning degrees in accounting and we deserve to be treated a little better by your agency, You could at least return phone calls and not lie to people. Maybe you could try to be nice.

I was contacted by Robert Half after putting my resume on their website. Someone called and asked me to do a Skype interview. The interview went well, I filled out all of the paperwork, and was told I would be contacted soon for positions. I completed paperwork for a background check and was also told after the check came back I would be notified and then the process could move forward. It has been over a month, and I have not heard anything about my background check. I have called a few times OVER THE WEEKS as well and have been told to just wait because legal is handling it... truly pathetic for a temp service. I wouldn't bother wasting the time if you are looking to start work anytime soon or at all.

You could choose robert half, or you could invest the time finding a more professional placement service. I suggest the latter. Robert half is very snoody and prides themselves by the number of people they reject. It's a place where they don't really look at your skills, or your certifications. Like I'm presently a rep for a google vendor, certified in all 6 adwords and in analytics and in digital marketing sales & mobile website development who programs websites on the side in his free time. It doesn't matter what your references say, or how good your grades were. If you walk in there and they think you are a "Nerd," or if you have a bit of ketchup on your tie you'll get thrown into the garbage pal with all the rest. John F Kennedy once said, "Conformity is the jailer of Freedom and the Enemy Of Growth." Some people want to look into a crowd of sheep and see every single one without a spec of dirt. It doesn't matter to them what the sheep can do, just how they appear. If you are one of the many thrown into the "Garbage pail" of Robert half, don't feel bad. You're going to be just fine. Keep in mind, the Nazi's would have killed Einstein if he stayed in Germany. Instead he ran to somewhere that didn't care if he was Jewish and he became one of the greatest scientists of all time. There will always be people who reject you because you are different. They will never see what you are, just what you are not. Don't let the Robert Halfs of the world bring you down. There will always be companies like Robert Half. However, there is only one you. It's up to you to be the best you can be, just ignore the short sighted and close minded, and when you are a shining star the'll be kicking themselves for not grabbing you.
