We've been living here for 7yrs our apartment is in serious disrepair Where do I start? Let's start at the front door and work our way in shall we. The doorframe is broke and worn out the front door will not close or lock properly. Our kitchen cabinets are falling apart and the countertops look like horseshoes. The windows and doorwall leak and our balcony is literally rotting off the side of the building. There is black mold inside the walls in the bathroom as well as having tiles falling out of the wall in the shower. I've had a hole in my bathroom wall for 5yrs that I've had multiple work orders in to have repaired. It's next to impossible to have maintenance do anything and when someone does come out the never fix anything correctly. Often times it's worse after they leave than it was before. I only gave a one star because that was the lowest rating I could give. My wife and I absolutely hate living here and can't wait to get the heck out of here. Don't waist your time or money at laketree the apartments and headaches aren't worth what they charge for them 👎

Lived here for 6yrs... building had constant water leaks. Wiring shorted out on main hall setting the alarm off at around 12am. Luckily fire department showed and it didn't catch fire like 3 other buildings did in the previous 2 yrs. Obvious fire damage (flooding by fire department) or foundation issues. Doorways had cracking and all leaned towards the balcony directly above where there was a Crack down the basment wall/foundation and accross the slab (erosion from water runoff towards the lake/duck toilet ). In storage room (which shows obvious evidence of flooding) there are 5 temporary support Jack's with a couple of 2x4 nailed together that are supporting the ceiling of the storage area and the floor of unit above... you also are able to see the dip in the roof standing in the parking lot. Oh and the balcony are not in safe condition in most cases. Nobody I know of who lived here had a good experience and had nothing but horror stories about them charging them damages on maintenance for leaks from other apartments

Very poor conditions in the apartments themselves. I have been fighting black mold on my window treatments for years now. When I complained about water damage from my drywall sliding door they sent in a carpet cleaning company to fix the water damage to the floor and I’m turn just added more water to the floor. My washing machine smells like sewage and has for months now. They’re jumping there prices up over $200 as we speak but won’t fix any of the issues that are at hand. I am looking for new housing to get my small family out of these poor conditions. No one should ever have to live with black mold in the home and let alone for years on end.
