It would really help if you would update your hours on Google. Just drove 30 minutes to get to your store to find out you’re not open. Looks like I’ll be going somewhere else to find what I need.

Sadly you can hear every one of your neighbors. The guy beneath me works in a call center and I can hear his conversations word for word all day long. Nothing is insulated cause its a loft, once again NOTHING IS INSULATED CAUSE ITS A LOFT. This might be the place for you if you dont mind noise. I can hear both of our neighbors from the side as well. Its funny, cause we hear them complain about us and they hear us complain about them. Its a fun circle to deal with for a year until we can move out.

CAR STEALING SPOT. BE AWARE ! I parked my car outside the gates close to where the security guard sits and watches the place. Went to my friends place at the Lofts and my car was missing the next day. Security guard said he did not see anything which sounds strange to me. My car was stolen and still missing after almost 2 months. Be aware of your surroundings if you decide to stay at this place.

The lofts are privately owned. Some of the owners do lease. I would suggest stopping to speak with someone in the management office to see if they have any apartments for sale or lease.
Real estate sites like Zillow or Berkshire Hathaway have more info on floorplans available to rent or buy. Most floor plans available are studios, one bedroom, or two.
$1000 to $1600 rent, $175000 to $200000 to buy 1 bedroom to 2 bedrooms.
