I scheduled a service appointment 3 weeks ahead of time, they didn’t start on my car until 4 days later! what’s the point of scheduling an appointment? I don’t have a spare vehicle, learn to schedule properly! That’s 4 days I could have avoided major inconveniences all because of their incompetence. I’ll NEVER be back!

I am a former customer of your Suburban Ford dealership. I leased a 2019 Ford Expedition from you guys a few years back and I even placed an order for a 2022 Expedition until breaking ties with your dealership last week and purchasing elsewhere. Unfortunately, during the entire 8 month process of placing my order for a new vehicle feel as if I was manipulated and lied to by your sales staff. I was discouraged many times from buying out my lease too early because I would lose valuable rebates “not true”. I was told that if I bought out my vehicle it would take 2-3 months for my title and the state of Michigan has paper shortage “not true”. I was then finally quoted a ridiculously high APR to buy out my lease and then when I questioned it I was told…..”you are going to sell it anyways so why are you worried”. These conversations made me realize this is not a place I want to do business with. I discussed all of these items with multiple dealerships along the way and while there may have been a 2% truth to everything the salesman said, he definitely exaggerated it in order to discourage me from buying out my vehicle. I ended up turning in my low mileage Expedition to another local dealership just so I didn’t have to step foot in your establishment ever again. I ended up getting an even fancier Wagoneer instead of an Expedition just because your dealership ruined that experience for me. I am incredibly disappointed with how everything transpired here at Suburban Ford. I have never written a complaint email in my life but I felt strongly compelled to let you know what happened and is going on at your dealership. Hopefully, in the future you can prevent things like this happening and actually maintain good customers.

Staff is very friendly and well educated from sales right through to service. Had my truck in for service recently and Jim Saelens did a great job with my repair. Great communication and great service!

Not impressed. Been going there for years and the hours have changed so no late evenings, no appointments, so you come and wait an hour n a half or more for a $80 oil change. I have also had a truck on order since February and it’s still not in yet which made me have to get this oil change since it was about due. The person I dealt with at the counter did not explain what was done to me at all, didn’t tell me if fluids were topped off ect. And really seemed disinterested. I had to ask him if the washer fluid was topped off, if this or that was checked. Honestly I think customer may never be what it once was and that is sad. Sorry for the rant but with the truck on order taking so long I had to get an oil change/tire rotation that I wasn’t planning on so that’s $80. Also he never asked to use any of ny points on my Ford pass. I don’t have a lot on there but looking back might have saved a couple bucks. Again loyal customer. Been coming here for years.

Yes - as long as you received the test-drive offer from one of our advertising campaigns.
First come first serve, but they're pretty fast getting you in and out. If I need a certain part or tires or something, I call ahead to make sure they have it on hand.
EDITED since I learned Mike Brown moved: Mike Brown is now at Serra Ford in Rochester, I found out this week. I attempted to move another reservation I had to follow him once I learned where he was, but it was too late in the process for my next vehicle. Mike Brown was in charge of my reservation/order at Suburban. Suburban was very odd and off-putting when I asked about my reservation since he left. The Suburban reps even tried to claim that he was "No longer working in sales anywhere" for anyone when I asked if Suburban had moved him. In disbelief of that I called around and found Mike Brown at Serra Ford in Rochester. I've already referred people that way. I just bought a Bronco two-door on Thursday last week. It was MSRP and happened to have an $800 rebate of some kind from Ford corporate. I don't know if it matters that it was a reservation, but I know that the Bronco is another sought-after vehicle that frequently has over MSRP at other places. Ask for Mike Brown.
