What time does the Service Center open? I know Royal oak ford opens an hour or so before their showroom does and they have vehicles lined up in the parking lot. Just trying to figure out what time I have to be up there to avoid or be first in line.

Why don't you call and make an appointment? My contact in Service Dept is Dave - and don't forget to ask for a loaner. They had my Escape for a month but i didn't care because i was driving a newer, better car the whole time!
