I've had 3 packages delivered to my house this week. One was supposed to get a signature. They just left it somewhere. The other was just plain lost. The people that sent the package that required a signature were gracious enough to send me another one and, again, requested a signature. The driver just left it. This is why I never get my packages. I pay for a signature, the driver needs to get it from me!

You guys are the worst. Teach your drivers how to read numbers and figure which house is which. Deliver a expensive package to the wrong house then tell me the driver is coming back when he’s not. Amazon does a way better job than you guys. My package better be at my house when i get home if not UPS is paying for a 2,000 lost item!!!

Absolutely terrible local dispatch office. Ring camera footage shows delivery driver standing haplessly without ringing doorbell or knocking yet tracking document updated as "unable to deliver package" and then subsequently updates to "recipient refuses delivery." On communicating with their social media presence as directed to by UPS, they then further lie and say that local dispatch left me a voicemail, which is also untrue. If I could convince all major businesses to NOT use UPS I would. If you want anything shipped to you in Delaware, DO NOT use UPS and choose another carrier.

I'm sorry I actually do not know if they are although I would imagine that they are the same, if not it shouldn't be that much of a difference. My apologies I couldn't be of assistance.
Call ups tell them you want to pick it up at the customer service center or just go in and pick it up
