Great family fun! Definitely bring water shoes because there is a lot of glass and fish hooks on the ground!

Even for a weekend in July, it wasn't insanely busy. We were able to find an open spot with lots of space. The water was bath water warm and not very deep. Perfect for my non swimmer, autistic son. We loved watching all the fish and hermit crabs. Great quick trip to the beach from Victoria.

You use to be able to shoot but not any more if you are licensed to carry then yes you can carry I'm sure
Hard to say. Depends mostly on time of day and wind. Was there in mid June to watch the sunrise and it was pretty breezy making it mosquito free 👌
I'm not sure but it's a big fishing spot with an unpaved road.
I have never seen a camper at the park. However I have not seen any rules against camping in the park either.
