Waited probably 15 min or so for our food. No one apologizing for the wait. The cashier was doing dual duties in making the food too. Hardly anyone helping or working. Paid more attention to drive thru than in store customers. Will never come back next time i stop through Augusta GA.

My whole order was wrong and when I went in to complain, the old black woman laughed at me and said she would give me packets of sauce but not enough for my meal. I had 15 sandwiches and she only would give me 3 packets of Mayo. She said coorporate told her she couldn’t give out extra sauce to just anyone. I snatched the sauce from her hand and walked out. It’s said that restaurants are allowing ghetto people like her to run their stores. Edit: they’ve since sent me a coupon for 2 free Krystal’s. Event though I ordered 15 sandwiches. Most of which were wrong

The manager tonight was so nice. My food was accurate and fresh. Her and her staff are doing an amazing job.
