We had ordered LG washer on October 10th. It was supposed to be delivered on October 21st. Even though ours was broken and we have two young children that are playing sports, we still had decided to wait for the order. I received a text that my Home Depot order will be delivered on October 21st between 11am-3pm. Well, October 21st it’s when the chaos started. I got a phone call at 3:36pm from a delivery company that they are 5 minutes away from my house, at 4:36pm I got a text that my order won’t be delivered that day and I will receive a phone call to schedule a new date and time. To say that I was aggravated is nothing!!!!! I called the store and spoke with our sales person Steve, asked him for an explanation and to help out with the new delivery date and time. He acted like it was no big deal, obviously it’s just another sale for him, unlike for us the washer is the essential! I was told by Steve that I’ll get a phone call from delivery company on Saturday October 22nd. That Saturday I got a text at 11:15am saying that my order was delivered. Well, it wasn’t! Called the store again, spoke with the manager, I believe his name was Chris, asked him for an explanation and to resolve the issue. I was naïve thinking that the manager would be willing to help me out ! He said that he called the delivery company and was told that they called me and told me that the delivery will be rescheduled for October 26th. Well I told him that no one called me and I’m not available on October 26th. Than he told me to call the delivery company myself, which is mind blowing!!!! I did business with Home Depot, not the delivery company!!!! He dumped the issue on a customer! Well, it’s October 25th, I can’t get hold of delivery company and no one from Home Depot is following up with me. The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced!!! Extremely disappointed!!! Will never shop there again!

Like most others. Staff is not as knowledgeable as they were 15 years ago. Home Depot stopped hiring professional tradesmen long time ago.

For the purpose of in store shopping I give this store stars, but deduct two for there liason, corroborating and communication (or lack thereof) with the appliance installation company. I purchased a new washer and driver almost a month ago and each time the installation company said that they couldn't install them. NOR would they take the old appliance and simply leave what I have already paid for. I called.Home depot H.Q se eral times to no avail. Now I have dirty laundry that I have to continue to haul to the public laundry mat although I have already paid for.a new.wadher and.dryer. My advice before buying any appliance from this store is to have the salesman explained exactly what is required beforehand.
