The story start like this. I order a water heater 38 gallon on line from lows Southfield to save time that what i hop.Got a text that my order is ready for pick up. I want to lows Southfield long story short took 2 hours to get it. I mange to save the old water heater to my customer. So want back to lows Southfield to return the water heater. The lady at the return check on the computer and could not return the water heater, and she say that i need to go to Low’s in sterling heights. so i ask for the manger and she say she is the manger of the return, I ask for the store manger and anther lady say he is on lunch break. i question the lady how long is the break? And the answer was: “ he is the manger how know as long he decide. “ So i want to Lows strolling height. The lady at the return check on the computer find my order but could not kip going with the process. she take the time around 20 minutes and find the problem. Lows Southfield did not up load to the computer that i pick up the water heater, so if i did not pick up the water heater i con not return it. So the lady from lows in sterling height call lows Suothfield and explain the issue to them. lows suothfield did not know what or how to fix it. They transfer the lady from steraling heights that here name is: Victoria Janett. or Vic she told me. And she was on old with lows suothfield 15 20 minutes and she call to suothfield from anther phone . All of this took over an hour then i got text massage : “Thanks for picking up ur item.” From lows suothfield. still Vic on old. I show Vic the massage and then she could refund me. This lady Victoria Jantt is one of a kind. no words can described the way Vic deal with this issue. 5 stars is not enough maybe 10 stars or may be more. thank you very much Vic thank you. I don’t like to write bad review, so i am not write bad review to Lowe's suotfield but no moor buying from Lowe's suothfield. THANKS AGIN VIC.
