I have lived in a few mobile home parks, this is one of the worst ones I've ever been to. Also of the mobile homes are old and look like they needed repair.

It is a very nice neighborhood, however the children in the neighborhood are very disrespectful and unkind to other children. The speed bumps need taken out it is ridiculous that only one half of the neighborhood has them and the other half doesn’t. The maintenance man does not do his job as good as he should especially during the winter. For years my family has asked to get a tree cut down and instead they cut down other trees around my trailer. And during the winter the entire road is all ice and he shoves the snow into everyone’s driveway and nobody can get out.

No rats, you probably saw cats, and they finally cut most of the many abandoned locks and trailers
The want to be maintenence guy is a pain. Nosey and in everyone's business. He calls 911 for everything!
