The new park manager will sit out front of your lot at 830 in the morning and never speak to you almost hit me with her vehicle when she pulled up on me in front of my kids never stated who she was or what she was there for she likes to threaten to take people to court when she is the problem! So with that being said let's watch the mockery of our judicial system and waste more tax payers dollars when a tenant tells you they will be leaving since they are month to month you want to do a formal eviction have fun in court without me!!!! So FYI all motorcycles are banned from the park as well as she is cutting down all the existing fences good luck go anyone living in twinwall

I told her I was paying cash for the trailer she sent me a post requesting personal info. I said I liked the price of the lot rent but I didn't know where it was. I asked her where it was with no response. I asked why the personal info if I'm paying cash she never responded. Customer service really?

They definitely are scamming people out of more money. They up the rent too and say it's because of changes the made to the park but they have made NO changes for the better. Vacant lots, run down trailers, even more fereal cats, possoms, & Raccoons because of the nasty trailers and people that get evicted and leave piles outside for weeks. They never once trimmed the trees while I've lived there & they are damaging my roof, they don't care at all. Disgusting place to live, I can't wait to get out!

You don't want to live in here, unless you're a drug addict. Homes are run down, nasty yards, they are now letting RV's move in and it's making it look like a dirty campground. Rugs on the ground, camping chairs, camping grills. Disgusting.
You have to buy a mobile home and last I knew they do rent to own and the price all depends on the price of the home. Place to me is nasty and filled with druggies, it looks more like a run down camp site.
