HORRIBLE company. Stay away. Waste of money – would have been better off to not have “coverage” and pay our medical expenses out of pocket. Denied Dr. requested MRI. Seem to have unwritten requirements to get things covered that even plan doctors don’t know about. They “Deny” coverage so cost doesn’t count against deductible or max out of pocket. They “Denied coverage” of my wife’s implanted pain pump refill – she’s had pump for 10 years, is medically necessary, doesn’t have a choice. They take over decision making from Doctor. Customer service is no help, seem to read from scripts, no ability to actually do anything. They ignore appeals. I enrolled with them after I retired because it seemed like a reasonable plan – was a BIG MISTAKE.

The enrollment process went smooth when talking with Ty'ree J. My wife hasn't had any claims yet, so we will wait and see. I also set up and online account and it told me that her coverage doesn't start until 1-1-2023, not sure what this is all about. I guess I won't have any access to what provider and covered services will be. This better not be a preview of headaches to come.

After much investigation with health plans, and trying to keep my doctor, Priority Health was the only choice. Then after contacting them, I was lucky enough to get Ty'Ree Jones as an individual plan agent or consultant. I can't say enough about Ty'Ree, as she was very patient, and very helpful to me in finding the right plan for my needs. She has followed up several times with me, and actually helped me get a dental plan as well. Priority Health should feel lucky and proud to have Ty'Ree, as she is the epitome of customer service. Thank you Ty'Ree!

How do I get someone to answer my questions?
Priority transportation customer service is so fxxxed up🤬. When you have to go to the hospital for surgery and already have planned for pickup and never get to your appointment, what good is it to use Veyo transportation 🤬. You want use to use your service and never get picked up. We were better off with Total healthcare, at least we would get picked up 🤬
