I AM ONE WHO BELIEVES IN TREATING OTHERS THE WAY YOU WANT TO BE TREATED. THE STAFF IN THE OFFICE IS DEFINITELY HORRIBLE AND NEED BETTER TRAINING WHEN IT COMES TO DEALING WITH OTHERS. I COULD BARELY GET A WORD IN OR EXPRESS MY CONCERNS WHEN IT CAME DOWN TO MY PAPERWORK. I AM HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED AND I KNOW CORPORATE NEEDS TO COME IN AND CLEAN HOUSE AND GET BETTER MANAGEMENT IN THE OFFICE.

They don't care city say you can't lived where your at it not for handicap but won't help you fine a place is the streets saver being homeless been here almost three years and had a hard time finding this place they say two year waiting list for housing lam 70 s on and they not giving me a time here have till the 4 the I call all over by and lam low income can't go over 800 .I worry can't sleep in my chest Hurt s stress out now head hurts. I called Monday and the lady told me that the section 8 for disability was open till the 30th and they opened it noon when I got there on Wednesday the two ladies that were working wouldn't let me in and told me that it was a lie that I must have dialed the wrong number that I was wrong and they wouldn't help me

I applied for section 8 in 2011 and I was #167 on the list. A couple years ago I spoke to a young man an he said they were working on 2011 at that time. It was 2016 i use to get a updated paper every 6 months and now i dont get them on a regular basis anymore. I had to take my paperwork in because i had a stroke and i didn't wanna lose my spot. They were very sweet to me and explained to me that the youngman didn't no what he was talking about and how they do their vouchers every February and August. I guess I just have to wait until God blesses me with my voucher. It's a day they usually set up whenever their list open an they invite you there to the building in this big room and that's how you get to sign up I haven't did it in 8yrs so that's what I remember about getting on their list
Waste of time I went there asked how long was the waiting list the rep handed me an application and said fill this out you never know we just may have something coming up soon.....I did all that ruuning around to gather all these papers they needed. On my appointment day she took all info copied it then sat down and said you know it's a 7 year waiting list right. BS
I'm so sorry to hear that, even though i got denied for and incident that happened 38 years ago they didn't treat me bad
