Got a Maytag gas dryer on Facebook market place and it wouldn’t turn the drum so I called Busen’s Appliance and they were able to get someone out to me the next day and fixed it that same day after leaving to go retrieve parts. My dryer now works and I could not be happier. Amazing service and very nice guys!

Purchased a pair of SPEED QUEEN appliances (washer/dryer) they were installed less than 24 hours the next day. Fine installation, I was given a basic explanation of the pair, shown the Quick Start sheets. Both were leveled and ready to go. The tech guy ran the dryer-warmed up just fine, and the washing machine was put thru a complete cycle. Wished I could of given them 10 stars!

I had a problem with my lg refrigerator.called 2 different places that both set up an appt.neither one showed up. I thought to call busen's since they've been there as long as i can remember. They set up an appt. In a timely manner. He called when he was on his way & showed up as scheduled. He Knew the problem rt away. Ordered part & in no time i had a working freezer. I actually had a second issue, he came out,ordered the part & put it in. Not a lot of people are willing to work on lg refrigerators. & if they did they weren't in my area.i was thankful they were willing to look at my fridge. They say they will come out as many times as needed in 30 days. Guy replaced every part possible. It actually was worse off, but since there weren't any more possible parts to sell me , guy was done with it. So he said he talked to his boss & they would give me the money I spent the 1st visit off another refrigerator. At that point I had spent $600.00 in 3 visits. So I spent $600.00 & I still didn't have a working freezer. Parts were defroster, ice maker & freezer fan, thermistor, & finally a brain. My freezer still didn't work.

Their building was hit by a drunk driver (again) so staffing may be light. I believe the building is open to customers, just reduced inventory due to repairs going on.

Yes, there's a delivery charge for refrigerators. New Kenmore appliances are not sold at Busen's.
Used appliances and special order appliances cannot be paid for over the phone. Even if you are able to pay over the phone, you'll still be required to show ID at pick up. Thanks!
They don't sell used appliances.
