Upon arrival was not friendly at all! Young lady at the front desk didn’t say a word to me when I walked in. I spoke to her and she continued doing what ever she was doing behind the counter. As I started browsing looking at flowers she came over and asked if I needed help. I told her let’s start off with a hello and how are you, (we kinda weirdly chuckled)then I proceeded with what I was in need for. The older lady in the back went out of her busy schedule to cut the flowers for me so I wouldn’t have to come back in an hour! Big thanks to her!! By the way another customer walked in shortly after I did while waiting for my flowers to complete and she spoke to her right away! I can’t make this ishh up!! Being kind shouldn’t be this difficult!
