Been going here for years. But when it hit the map and got popular people come out here to party. Not a great family spot anymore. Used to be so peaceful. No respect to anyone trying to fish at all. Zero. It's basically a PARTY spot. Don't expect sleep. For the price there's no bathrooms or running water or anything. Used to be great not anymore.

Excellent location. Price is very reasonable. Gorgeous scenery, other campers near us displayed very poor etiquette in allowing their dog to bark all night chained up to their vehicle, music until midnight... Bring a noise maker of some kind and it might be fine.

I really enjoy this place nice and relaxing. However I will agree with other reviews. I get it people want to party and ofcourse have music while doing so; but you can still be respectful to other campers. We were just the this past weekend and Saturday night a huge group came in decide they were going to blast their speakers as loud as they could go . I walk over asked who was in charge ?Spoke with a woman who got a little attitude nonetheless lets say the situation was resolved peacefully. But I told her its just common courtesy and being respectful of others. My friends thought I was crazy for doing it. Lol

A nice area, but the amount of music played at deafening sound levels THROUGHOUT THE NIGHT by other campers, will ruin any positive experience your hoping to achieve. I understand they push a minimum rules campground, but at least install a semi quiet time . I do not recommend you waste your money here, choose another place or just stay home.
