Hair is thin and smells like corn chips I sent a dm to them about the quality of the hair and wanting a refund the lady was very unprofessional don’t waste your money with them !

The hair is HORRIBLEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE. I requested a refund as the company stated they accepted refund and returns especially since the hair didn’t match the description wasn’t the true length requested and was tapered ends, the hair not only felt super processed but my hairstylist declined the install due to poor quality. I sent an email informing them of the issue and no one responded I started to put in disputes with Sezzle in regards to the order being not as described. The hair says it would last bout couldn’t last a week without getting super matted no matter how much water and conditioner you put. Once dry it would grow, literally the hair grows and lifts up and gets frizzy and puffy, and it’s straight hair. The hair didn’t pass the virgin human hair test at all and the merchant customer service was HORRIBLE with me once I explained I’ve been sending emails without response. The owner was rude and unprofessional when I explained my experience and the policy was changed after I sent a formal complaint requesting my refund. It’s been a year and still no response from the merchant. You’re better off not shopping here. My original review was removed off here which is CRAZY. And I will be posting another review with pictures and have started a fraud dispute with the BBB.

The hair isn't pretty or proper! More like thin and cheap! Don't waste your time or money! Owner is ghetto and very rude. Woman was in the middle of taking braids out her hair while running a business and conducting transactions and refuse to just simply return my money when i didn't want her thin hair. Instead wanted to fight and threaten me about the quality of her horrible hair. 😒

Owner was rude the hair is thin and she tried to say I needed to be thin also and continued to be rude and she didn't want to give me money back. She told you will see it tonight with no paperwork or anything. Than she threatened to call the cops and I agree she should call them.
