Lived at Hanover for 10 years. Decided to sell my two bedroom unit. Was pleased with the amount I sold it for. However, here comes the part, Hanover does not really tell you about. They will take 10,000.00 dollars automatically off the sale, or more. They refurbish the unit you sell for the incoming member. I had know idea they would charge me this much. They told me I would be charged for paint, repairs for holes in walls, new doors if needed, things along that nature. This is not true. They will charge you for everything. So just beware when you sell. This your free public service announcement. Beware.

Update 9/22 I've lived here for now over 2 yrs and I have to say it's still amazing! I'm reading some of these newer reviews and im little shocked. I've yet to see any RATS in my yard or anywhere! The staff, Management, grounds, maintenance, board members! Everyone is very nice and they do a GREAT job with the up keep. This place is just wonderful and a great place to live. People just really need to follow the rules it's really that easy. Keep up the great work Hanover!! I moved in here aittle over a year ago. I have never felt so welcoming. The office staff, The property manager Jeff. An the maintenance/grounds staff are all amazing an do a great job by keeping this place up. I dont have one complaint. Grounds are always kept up. The board members are also amazing. This is a great place to live. I am truly happy living here!!! Best decision I made was buying into here.
