being someone who consistently shops at this walgreens, i had to pick up medicine for my sick mother late in the evening since i’m aware that it’s 24 hours and the door was opened when i was going through the second door i was stopped by an employee and she just said “no” like ma'am no what? and she assumed i pried the door opened and walked in. regardless she was very rude telling us that the store was closed. despite being just a customer i wished i got an explanation as to why a walgreens that’s supposed to be 24 hours was closed even though there were other customers in the store. due to this encounter i had to drive 15 minutes to the next 24 hour walgreens on central and fullerton where i got what i needed. kudos to them but this walgreens needs work.

Paid to get a single document printed and the document printer “isn’t working”. This is one of very few locations that even does paper printing anymore. Going to the library instead

Open 24 hours. This morning the doors were locked. 4-5 customers waiting outside. 2 employees in the store saw all of us and just looked and walked away. Didn’t answer the phone. Luckily the Pharmacist, who obviously didn’t attend years and years of college to sell jelly beans and candy bars helped us. Very rude. How does an employee stand there and look at you giving no explanation as to them not opening. I spend hundreds at Walgreens every month. No more.

Worst customer experience ever. This pharmacy is CHRONICALLY and perpetually understaffed. There are 4 registers and only 1 is ever running. The line extends into the front half of the store at all hours of every day. Avoid at all costs.
