Almost every time I use their self checkout, it will say I didn't put an item in the bag when I did, and then the machine locks up and I have to wait for an employee. I would just check out with a person but it's rare that anyone is at the checkout counter.

Walked in this evening to pick up a bubble mailer. The disenfranchised gentlemen outside the store asked for a Cherry Pepsi before me entering. Asked the clerk behind the registers where I could find my mailing needs. Couldn’t locate them initially as the whole aisle was so disorganized. Found what was available. Grabbed the promised soda and proceeded to check out without issue. As I’m leaving, the clerk and security are rushing towards me as I go through the security censors and the clerk says “that’s him”…..Retrain your staff. Woof

I went to look for medication with my Service 🐕‍🦺 and was shown the door by a very rude store clerk. I think it's the first time EVER in Chicago a health store shows so much disrespect to people with disability.
