Service was great. My box braids came out terrible though. The top is shorter than the bottom. I have been getting box braids for ten years, I have never had my box braids come out this bad. It’s typically supposed to be made longer at the top to make the braids close to one length. Some of the braids have different thicknesses. Its all around bad. I keep it pinned up because I paid so much for this I can’t just take it back down. Just disappointed.
