HORRIBLE experience with Walgreens photo. I first placed my order with the walgreens near Canal St, and when I showed up after the pickup time, they said it hadn't even been started yet and the only person who knew how to use the machine went home. The lady promised it would be ready by 8AM the next day. I called the next day around 9am and they said their machine wasn't working, so I could either wait for it to get fixed or place the order at a different walgreens. I said to cancel it and then I placed another order at the walgreens on state and roosevelt, just for the first location to call me back and say they fixed it right away and it's currently printing. I called the other walgreens, and no one in photos would even pick up the phone. I called the store and asked for the photo dept and I was on hold for too long, so I just hung up. I decided I would keep the 2nd order for myself, as the 1st one was a gift, but I didn't go to the 2nd walgreens until 3 days later. The lady couldn't find my order and said she would need to re-do it! Like what?! I got multiple emails saying it was ready 3 days ago! So I had to come back in 1 hr 30 min. She was nice enough to give me a coupon for a future purchase, but that wont help much as I will never use walgreens photo again
