Not enough staff working at the pharmacy.

Pharmacy telephone customer service is absolute garbage. After navigating the automated menu (which insists on listing every meal break the pharmacy staff takes throughout the week, regardless of the time of day you call), you will sit on hold for at least 10 minutes. At the end of this time you will hear the pharmacy phone ringing, and think you will soon talk to an actual human being, but often you hear just the sound of the receiver clicking as someone on the other end has just hung up on you. This is of course if you call on a day that their system has not decided to update, because in that case the automated system will hang up on you for them, and request that you try your call at a later time. If you try to visit in person, you will spend at least thirty minutes in the slowest moving three person line you've ever seen, even if you are just trying to pick up a filled prescription.

Customer service at the pharmacy and the actual store is the worst. You think asking for help is normal, but I swear they look at you as you are asking dumb question or just waste if their time.

If you are in a rush I'd recommend you steering clear of this Walgreens. I'm not sure if it's due to low staff numbers... But they're always seems to be three or four employees walking up and down the aisles while there's only one employee at the checkout counter.
