This isn't a luxurious hotel but if you want to enjoy the Grand Canyon (which is about an hour to get into Grand Canyon). Then this place is fitting. Luckily it's by fast food restaurants but it depends on the employees what type of service you're going to get.

The staff is very friendly and cheerful. The facility is clean and had a clean smell to it. The beds are comfortable but the bathroom is small. They are dog friendly with a small fee. Breakfast consisted of pretty good coffee, toast, cereals, instant oatmeal, banana muffins and yogurt. Within. Walking distance of McDonalds and a KFC/Taco Bell. Would definitely stay here again.

Positive: * The street location relative to our ultimate destination near downtown Williams was precisely what we expected. * The price was attractive. * These two items were exactly why we selected this hotel. Negative: * Staff essentially non-existent. We saw no staff except for check-in & -out. * Rooms were surface clean; facilities questionably maintained. * Rooms were noisy. Water & HVAC sounds inside; traffic noise outside. * Window was left open (wind & noise)!!
