I've been seeing Jen for a few months and it's the best thing I've ever done! The treatment plan she laid out for me is coming along better than I ever could have expected. I went to the center for a consult. Before scheduling me I was charged a $100 fee which apparently is non-refundable. They make you sign that when you come in. But on the phone you are told the fee is refundable. When I asked for a refund I was simply ghosted. When I requested refund through the credit card, they provided the reams of papers I signed where it is buried that the fee is non-refundable. You decide if that is someone you would trust with your body.
