I should have trusted my instincts. During their first initial visit, they use several Sales tactics to get a deposit. “Let me call my manager”. “This price is today only”. Then before ever beginning work, they raise the price several times while lowering taking away what they are actually going to do. They intentionally schedule their pre-work inspection to a date after your time to cancel without penalty. Then during that inspection they raise the price substantially again! No longer trusting this company’s integrity, we canceled before ever having any work done. They gave us our deposit back less $2500 without ever even starting the work!!! BUYERS BEWARE!!!!!!!

Home spec and more specifically Erik, have been incredibly helpful since I bought my new home. They were able to come out quickly to inspect the damage to the foundation and make recommendations on repairs (as well as discuss future improvements). Communication has been immediate and they’ve been incredibly accepting and understanding of any changes I’ve requested. While they haven’t actually completed the work yet, the customer service has been fantastic, and I’ll make sure to update this review if anything changes.

Jesse helped us with leveling our floors in November 2021, and they were perfectly on time, in fact we had to push our appointment back because we needed windows installed before the house jacking. It took two days and go inspected, work was done perfectly. Erik helped us today with our Michigan basement with a dirt floor to design a system with perimeter drains that sump pump into the yard. He was very knowledgeable and helpful in explaining options. They are a wonderful company, easy to book, get a quote, super professional, and they’re real with you, no hard selling or hour long sales presentations to sit through.
