Heads up! Their website was hacked recently so you'll want to visit their Facebook page for gym details. Very reasonably priced and friendly environment for boxing and martial arts. Great for all levels of activity and I often see families working out together. Try their free trial day on Saturdays! I love supporting this small local business!

No we are not.
Snooper, We run private lessons for any age. For group classes, we typically ask that they be 12 years old, but can make exceptions if they are more mature. Younger kids are welcome as long as they are accompanied by an adult. And if the instructor pairs students off for any drills, that parent is expected to pair up with their son or daughter, if there are no other kids in class that day.
