Update: I talked to Ismael on phone, and he checked the service records and helped me with the replacement braking pads with a discount. I appreciate how he cares for a customer and change my rating to 4 star. I serviced my car here for a detailed inspection which started great, but lasted very short and ended up terrible... Staff was very nice during the appointment and getting the car. But what happened afterwards is just horrible... The same day I picked up the car, my battery was dead after few hours and I had to wait AAA at dark with my family in a weird neighborhood. They informed me about that problem after couple of days... Unbelievable! If there is a problem like that and you know it, why do you keep it like a secret? But the real problem was about the brakes. I specifically told them that there is a noise on the rear brakes. After the service they told me that brakes are all good and the noise must be something else. In less than 3 months, there was a metal to metal contact between the rear pads and rotor... I could just get the brake pads changed at that time, but now even a rotor is damaged. I am not even mentioning the safety aspect... Unbelievable indeed.

I can’t say enough good things about the entire team at El Cajon Mitsubishi. We came just to check out the new Outlanders but the staff went above and beyond to get us in the car I loved. No pressure to buy and they were very upfront about pricing (unlike other dealerships that have huge markups you don’t find until you arrive). Truly feels like a family there and I will recommend them to everyone!
