I will give it a zero Stars but it only has one, my dog stomach was all red I informed the staff and all they said was oh I didn't know, I paid extra for pictures all I got was seven pictures with the same photo of him standing on a dirty table, they lost two personalized bowls his water bowl and his food bowl, I had to wait until they found his personalized pillowcase I was never informed that the suites didn't no longer have TVs even though I've asked, i paid extra money for a suite with no benefits. Just bad experience all the way around and my dog stayed here about 6 or 7 times before. so those of you reading this review this is not his first time.

This is my go-to for all my pets essentials. I love that their app & email alerts offer coupons! Additionally, the lil events they have throughout the year really make this place stand out from the rest. Everyone is friendly and truly cares about your pet.

I love PetSmart. We usually go to the one in Santee, but I think this review is for the El Cajon one. It's nice too, always stocked and clean. Shelves neat and faced. Employees always great you, and say hi in the isles, and ask if you need help or how your doing. If you have questions they have answers, or they'll get answers. This location has a Banfield Pet hospital inside which we love as well, and a training class I've never used, but I have seen in action while shopping, seems to be good Trainers. We only shop at PetSmart unless there out of something we need, which is rare.
