I am the manager there and if its ordered online it could take up to a full 24 hours before we get the order sent through. There will be a second email that comes through saying it is ready for pick up and where to go once at the store. Also, 99% of products there need grout. The only ones that dont require it is our stacked stone.
Sure. Go to F&D and get Eco Prim Grip. It's a special roll on primer that's like liquid sand paper. Roll it on, then apply mortar and tile.
